So I have been natural for years and had grown my hair out and finally decided to do another big chop. I had pictures and the color I wanted on my phone. Super excited to make the change. Then all that went away after I came here. Cut was wrong and was too short for the style I had showed her that I wanted, edges not done, and she wanted me to leave before she had even finished my hair.
