We needed a heavy duty grapple for a big mini skid steer and they had just the ticket. it was palletized and ready to go the same day I called to inquire. Very well put together. This place is pretty nice and they are quick to respond to comments or questions. It’s not that often you find fast friendly customer service anymore.
Dustin at top notch equipment has provided me one of the best buying experiences of my life. Him being in the snow removal, lawn care and landscaping business is a huge plus. he knows what works and what doesn't, gives suggestions on size, what works and what doesn't. He isn't there to just sell you something he is there to help. There is zero pressure. 5 star managment. Top notch has good Quality equipment. I have ordered a few different pieces from them a graple and a stump grinder they hook up to my dingo i am very pleased with the quality of equipment that they produce thank you Dave i will be ordering more equipment in the very near future thank you very much was a pleasure doing business with you..... Had a hose blow on a grapple I bought 6 years ago. So I called Dave for a replacement hose. Ends up 6 years ago they used a different hose then they currently use on their grapples now. So the hoses I got needed different fittings to make them work. So I Called Dave for a solution and within 3 days I had fittings in my mailbox to make the hoses I got work. But not only that! but dave also included another hose to keep as a back up for my inconvenience. Thanks so much Dave for awesome customer service! I'll definitely be back... read more
Kurt is a very well-spoken awesome customer service person. They are always very helpful. They don't give me heck because I'm from the south. Best place great price awesome service.
