I reserved an insulation vacuum at the Santa Cruz location two days prior to when I needed it. I asked about the bags ie volume, how many I would need etc. The staff said we’ll handle that when I pick up the unit. Go to pick up the unit and asked about bags and they said they didn’t have any. I called the Watsonville location and they had none as well. Fortunately the staff member could sense my frustration and tracked some down in Salinas.
