For weeks, water had been seeping into the kitchen, unseen from a broken waste arm pipe inside the wall behind the sink. Plumber Joey knew the cause right away, and soon plumber Tariq was there to fix it. Both great guys, very personable and knowledgeable. Joey gets a gold star for knowing the source. Waiting on pricing. I was notified ahead of time when A-Z was on the way. Donnie was polite, patient, understanding and educational. Had a technician come out on a Sunday evening at my condo! Ralph was punctual, polite and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained exactly what needed to be fixed to a member of the board of directors of the condominium association. I highly recommend his professional service and the company he works with
they gladly honored their warranty and I am very satisfied with their service and dependability.
