The staff at A to Z is rude. When my Doctor wasn't available for my kids' appointment they wouldn't tell me why? They said she left the practice. I said oh where did she go, they said they had no idea. My kids' have SCID and my Doctor new about their case so it was important to me to have her. I said I would call back. I called back later to asked about a COVID test for my daughter, and they said my account wasn't active?? I asked why? They said because I canceled my appointment with the doctor and they "thought" I was leavi... read more

We love Dr. Ponciroli! He has been our pediatrician for 13 years. The nurses are awesome and experienced...even with screamers. We are thankful he was able to stay in the area.
