We are 2000 miles away from home living in our RVs while we work. Bill has helped us with our RVs twice so far. He is backed up so both times I had to wait a bit for him to come out to us but, so was every other mobile RV repair guy. Definitely worth the wait! Had one of our RVs in the shop at a Keystone for over a month due to the furnace not working. I have problems with my ac on my toyhauler call this guy a few time left a message with my number and never heard back don't waist your time......I received a txt a few days from the owner's son stating the business owner had passed thus my phone call was not returned it's important for me to apologize and say sorry for your lost
