Bilge installed defective material with large black spot and refused to register warranty so I could exchange with manufacturer and have slabs remade with another fabricator. He has ignored me and my husband asking to correct the work or at least offer discount. He further has attempted to black mail us into payment for his work by stating he will not release slabs owned by our neighbor we referred him unless I pay him for bad work. They Installed a top for one of our Signature Series Fire Pits and it cracked within 2 days. After weeks of trying to get them to go look at it they did and said it was from the client. 2 other granite companies disagreed and instead of repairing or replacing, Bill quit returning my calls. The installation had been done poorly and the crack was the result. I would look elsewhere.
Best craftsmanship. If you need quality kitchen countertop , this is the right place to come.
