Nice staff nice service I use them often to assist in housekeeping on special occasions and holidays. They generally send a group of 2-4 people depending on the work and they get everything done within a short period of time. Moderately priced service that leaves your house looking like new.
I've had better I've been doing real estate for a very long time and use cleaning services frequently for rentals, flip homes,etc. The two services I use were busy at the time so I called AtoZ. I heard they weren't that great but I needed someone to do the work. So, against my better judgement, I reviewed and hired them. Big mistake. The cleaning itself was moderate. Honest People I had my house cleaned on Wed. 1/20. The crew that came were very nice and did all that I wanted. During the dusting of my curio, one of them found a bank envelope on top which I did not know was there (short term memory loss in my old age) and she brought it to my attention. I just want to say that It is so nice to know that their employees are not only hard working but honest as I would not have known if this "money" had been taken. Good Cleaners Call AtoZ and have them send Brenda to you house and you'll love it. She and her team are sweet and always make the house look so good for me and my wife now that the wife can't clean. Micheal in the office is good help, too.
Don't Use this Company I live in a large house that requires a service vs. a single cleaning person. I hired A to Z (under the new ownership) and I also received an initial bill that exceeded the phone estimate by $150! They assured me that my bi-monthly bill would remain fixed, so I continued using them. During the time I used them, they ruined a granite counter top by applying a caustic cleaner to it, broke numerous objects (some that could not be replaced), and they did a surface clean at best. Lifesavers!!! On March 31, four young women from A to Z came to my daughter's home to help clean for the new renters coming in the next day.
Housekeeping Services This company is a great housekeeping services. Their prices are reasonable...not too expensive but not cheap either. They do a great job though. They send out a team of 3 or more cleaners to get the job done. They will even loan your dishwasher and change your bed sheets! I was so impressed with this company. Each team that comes has a leader on it so they check everything and make sure it's done right and all. It's great!
New Ownership A to Z Housekeeping has been under new ownership since July 2007. As new owner I have aggressively changed the approach of the business and put customer service and quality as our main goals.
