Do not allow these people to put in doors. Months of broken appointments with no communication then when they do come out say: that's not in the contract... Will never use Lows or them again. Door is unusable, and I'm on the hook to fix their unfinished work.
Attempted to charge us for hours he and his staff were not at my house working. Over charged for material compared to his reciepts. Works very slow.
