It is appalling to see a business treat military this badly. My first appointment was scheduled 2 months out. When I was called out for Military training I promise that a dermatologist appointment was the last thing on my mind. I was more worried about my upset kids, angry wife and logistics of how I was to get to my new location. Very compassionate
So at least they took the AI off their appt system, but they still absolutely require you to check in online. The receptionist told me she was unable to check me in if I just showed up. Hmm, really? The attached photo is exactly why I don't check in on my phone. I completed the process and up pops an add. Complete lack of HIPAA. I contacted Phreesia and was told that during the check in process I approved to receive ads. So, A to Z is making money off of me checking in for my appt. That's why I no longer go here.

Was supposed to have my appointment months ago. They tried rescheduling me for a 2nd time when my appointment is on the 17th and stated the Dr wouldn’t be in??? Like I don’t have a life and move things around for said appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.
