Doctor & staff always offer a cordial & very welcoming atmosphere!
Dr. Joe is wonderful, great personality great guy but your system for making an appointment all automated very impersonal very very, very impersonal. Difficult to navigate I would consider a pain in the butt. I was trying to make an appointment to have a spot looked at on my leg, but it only gave me an option to have a full body scan. I’m sure full body scan required a larger appointment which would likely mean that someone else could’ve had an appointment after the doctor looked at one spot. They've gone fully automated for appointments with their phone system. Couldn't get a human to save my life. There's a limit to how much AI our society can take. Had to get in the car and drive down there. Update: I don't complete my health info over my phone for privacy/security reasons. I get to the office early. So yesterday I did just that and the rec. told me the only way to check in was by my phone. She was technically unable to check me in. really?
