Dr. Joe and his staff are absolutely the best! Dr. Joe makes you feel completely comfortable as his patient, and his staff is so welcoming. My daughter and I found Dr. Joe years ago when we moved to Chandler from Upstate NY. We could not ask for a better dermatologist. We always say Dr. Joe is our favorite doctor! Thank you to Dr. Joe and his team for all that they do for their patients.
There is a new phone system, in which it takes a very long time for anyone to respond. The one person who responded, I have never heard from here before, tells me she cannot schedule me an appointment anymore, because I do not have a referral now, which I never needed before. They now call themselves A to Z Dermatology, and I am not sure if it is the same place anymore. And I have not been able to get my medication refill or pay for my bill from last year, either. Can anyone help, please?
Dr. Joe, Britt and Jamie are the best! You’ll receive top-notch service and they treat you with respect. Dr. Joe takes his time to explain everything to you. He’s kind and will never rush you. Britt went the extra mile to help my wife with the prescription because it was not covered by our insurance. In the end, my wife was able to get the very expensive medication at almost no cost to us - truly amazing. Additionally, she accommodated me with a last-minute request. Dr. Allgeier and his Staff are The Best! Dr. Allgeier provides exceptional medical care in a kind & caring manner. I am a retired medical doctor myself and have been going to Ocotillo Dermatology for years for good reason. Dr. Allgeier knows what he is doing, is very experienced, listens to his patients along with a staff that is outstanding as well & very helpful. I’ve been going here for 5 years and I love them! Dr Joe is kind, patient and always helpful. Brit is caring and listens and advocates for me when I don’t know how to ask for what I need. A wonderful office full of wonderful people!
