The service response was timely and they communicated well. I actually appreciate the text communication more. RJ was professional and explained everything to me after his assessment. He did the repairs and I am so thankful we did not have to buy a new dryer. Highly reccommend supporting this Black-owned business!
He charges close to 100$ just to look at it. Many reviews of him ghosting afterwards...seems like a scam. You are better off watching a YouTube video and fixing it yourself. Weird texting system to communicate , no website, no pricing. Don't get taken advantage of here.
Scheduling was quick and easy. Repair was done in a timely manner.
I called early Monday morning. In a panic about my refrigerator not working. He was here at 9:45 am. Figured out the problem, resolved it, and was on his way by 10:30 am. Thank you.
