Kendall is awesome . He is attentive, and always ready to come help even if he's away if you need anything or have any questions. Also he remembers customer's names very well.
Cameras dont work ...they broke in my storage
After being illegally evicted during coronavirus and then having my truck totaled, three days later I was not able to show up to the storage .I was telling the lady that and she completely ignored me she was very very rude. I showed up today to go to my storage and found out it was locked( they broke both of my brand new locks off and only replaced it with one lock) because they had to clean up one of my snow cone syrups was broken into by the rats( they have a very bad rat problem.) And they're charging me $317 because they... read more
