I used A Thread Ahead over the summer when I wanted my pair of Vans embroidered for my wedding. They were the only place I could find that would even try it, and my shoes came out AMAZING! I love them so so much and am so thankful with how they turned out!! I will definitely use them again in the future for other projects too!!

I found the customer service lacking overall. Unfortunately, the quality of the embroidery did not meet my expectations. It seemed as though the work was not the best, with little attention to detail or quality control. I was hoping for a more careful and thorough approach to ensure a satisfactory result.
