Mr. Duram helped me when he didn't have to by helping me understand the processes of an air conditioner replacement. I have American home shield and they sent a repairman from Lubbock. Very Rude Customer Service. The tall man I worked with was very short and did not answer the questions i have. I would steer elsewhere. Buyer Beware.
