Very Professional, Amazing Quality – I took my fresh of the lot Hyundai Elantra in to get the windows tinted!!! Man that car looks so good with the window tint. They did an amazing job of graduating the tint shades going from dark on the back windshield to a very light tint on the front. I get complements on my car all the time...largely impart to the amazing tint on the window. It is a small shop so make plans to go to lunch somewhere near by when they tint your windows. Best Tint Shop in Town – I have been to a few tint shops and every time I ended up getting a sub par tint. So after I got a ticket and had to remove my limo tint from my trucks front window I decide to go to A Terrific Tint after a friend recommended them. I drove all the way out from LA just to go to this place...that is how convincing my friend is. Avoid at all cost! Terrible customer service! – I was called a liar by the store owner, Jeff, when I went in to get my tint job fixed due to imperfections. He basically said that his employees do not make mistakes and that any imperfections are my doing because I don't have the patience to wait three days to roll down the windows. Which is in no way correct! My integrity at this shop was questioned and his comments caused me to significantly raise my voice (which he matched) therefore being asked to leave. "Imperfections" means he rolled a window down 1 day after we tinted it &the tint came off the bottom edge Our instructions:"NO WINDOWS DOWN FOR 3 DAYS" were not followed. Accidents happen. This customer was loud, rude and said that we did a lousy job tinting his window. We retinted the window no charge & asked him again to not put the window down for 3 days. I never called him any names ? I only stated I know why the tint came off. He was rude & didn?t follow instructions.We still helped him
A+ – I had my RX8 done here and they did an amazing job! Jeff we very professional and explained everything that would be done. His crew was friendly and the shop looked high class! I felt very comfortable handing over my keys; these guys will work for your business! Jeff even gave me a ride while my car was being worked on! Great tinting - professional attitude - stand up guy – I have had 5 of my cars tinted at Terrific Tint and always had great service. They are polite and professional. I was in the lobby when "carsandmore" was in. It appeared he had his truck tinted in the past and now wanted limo tint on the front doors. The owner politely declined to put limo on the front doors (talking about the problems it would create with vision and the police). don't use if your car has the dot matrix – I had two cars tinted. On my Hyundai Elantra, the front driver side window had numerous bubbles in it when it was done, when I first pointed it out, Jeff told me that it'd go away after it dried. It didn't go away, they did replace it though. However, when my mother bought my brother's Honda Accord in, she later complained to me that Jeff treated her rudely, and was reluctant to give her the 2nd car discount that I previously emailed Jeff about before my mom went in. Most all cars have dot matrix and tint usually sits on top of the dots. We always explain this to every customer and it is on the work order. Look it up on the Internet. She got the discount even though she forgot the e-mail quote. We try to treat all our customers with the highest level of professionalism.
This guy does not back his work at all. Save you money and go to someone who cares about your car not ripping people off. It cost me twice as much to take my car to him,because I had to pay for someone to fix what he did. not recommended at all.

This customer wanted limo all the way around his truck and we refused because it would cause him problems with night visibility and problems with law enforcement in the daytime. We do not do limo on the front doors of any vehicle. Sometimes the customer is not always right and will say anything to make us look bad.
Excellent customer service!!! Best Tint place in OC!! – The owner, Jeff, really took great care of all his customers, including me. He was very professional and he explained to me about different kind of tint shades and CA law in clarity. After I got my car tinted, I found out that it needed to be re-done due to some white specks and he gladly did it while offering me a free rental car due to his tight schedule so that I can leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day.
