Started off great, til care givers started stealing from our house.
The worst company I've ever had to deal with. They have no back up plan, no replacements for them to take care of your parent with. They leave on the job, hoping u have someone there to take care of your parent. I've had them for a proximate 2 months and haven't gotten my full time. On an eye doc appointment they called off on my mom. Luckily my grandaughter was there. Definitely the worst company I've dealt with in home care.
