This place is great! Really amazing trainers and challenging workouts. They make you feel comfortable and work with you to meet your goals. It can be intimidating to start a journey like this but the trainers and staff make you feel strong and capable but also have fun with it! Highly recommend!!

Great gym, awesome staff, difficult/challenging workouts.
I’ve been training at ATP for over 14 months and can’t say enough good things about the experience. The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress. The programming is thoughtful and adaptable, making it effective for athletes at any level. Beyond the workouts, the ATP community is welcoming and motivating — it’s a great group to be part of.
