I’ve been training at ATP for over 14 months and can’t say enough good things about the experience. The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress. The programming is thoughtful and adaptable, making it effective for athletes at any level. Beyond the workouts, the ATP community is welcoming and motivating — it’s a great group to be part of. Highly recommend.
Most chiropractors: few cracks and send you on your way. ATP: Theragun, scraping, cupping, tens machine, dry-needling, stretching, THEN does the adjustments. Very kind and personable staff. They go above and beyond what the normal Chiropractor typically covers, focusing on muscle tissue in addition to the bones. Highly recommend this place!
ATP is not your typical gym. The trainers take a sincere interest in your progress. They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate. The atmosphere among members is simultaneously collegial and competitive. They've made a huge difference my life.
Anyone of all abilities will feel welcome at ATP. All of the workouts can be modified for your fitness level with the help of the staff who are always present and supportive. It’s a small gym with a community feel. If you’re thinking of trying something new, ATP is the place to do it.
