I live in the mountains where Sears won???t install, and within minutes of my asking for a quote to install my replacement garage door opener I had an email with a very reasonable price. I scheduled an appointment, and when Pat arrived, he was nothing but professional and courteous. He replaced my opener, tightened every screw on each hinge on the door, and lubricated the rails and springs. I talked to Randy on the phone and described what my garage door was doing. He said it was a simple fix and told me what the problem was. He said if I had a problem to call him and he'd come out. I had it fixed within 10 minutesl I am impressed with the knowledge and INTEGRITY that was shown to me. I will definitely keep their number.
