I enjoyed a low fodmap gluten free Afternoon tea, if anyone lives in Chester county Pa I highly recommend A Taste of Britain. The chef will work with your dietary needs so you can enjoy tea time. They also went over their whole tea list and pointed out safe ones for me to enjoy.

My daughter and I just had lunch today. It was our second time at TOB and we will be back again! The tea sandwiches were delicious and so was the scone of the month! She is leaving for Germany today but when she is done serving as a nurse in the army we will be regulars. Sara our waitress could not have been any more attentive.
