Quaint little gem off of Lancaster avenue. Great little place to get together with friends or family. The gazpacho was delicious as were the tea sandwiches and scones. Variety of teas even though I’m not a connoisseur.

Service was very slow and Buttermilk scones so disappointing. As customers our scones were served 15 minutes apart.
