Initially had significant problems with follow up on warranty issues. However, after working my way up the chain, beyond the individual store, I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and professionalism extended by the owner. All my issues were resolved to my expectations and beyond.
AT Frank has been a local business in the Tri Cities for 50+ years and it shows in their expertise with flooring and countertops and with their skilled installers. They stand behind the products they sell and their professional installations. I own rentals in the area and AT Frank has provided all of this and very competitive pricing. I highly recommend them!
