I have trained in self defense and martial arts in the past and these guys do it right. They really offer something for everyone. Our entire family has enrolled and we all enjoy our time spent together working out and having fun with the students and instructors. If you are looking to increase your child's self esteem, or they need to learn a little respect, they will work with you to find the right approach. I can't say enough good things about our experiences and would recommend them to anyone.
