My experience with A Storage Place in Tualatin was top notch. Their customer service was friendly, kind, and very competent. The facility was incredibly clean and access was always available when I needed it. I can't say enough good things about them!

Clean and easy to use!
DO NOT store here. Kimberly is the queen of this site and she terminated my rental just 2 months after moving in for trivial and untrue allegations. She was super nice when I rented, but became hostile with invasive drive ups in her cart to nitpick. I was monitored and harassed to where I'm afraid to come to my unit. Having to move so soon was costly and a hassle, and initially she only gave me 1 week to move, breaking the contract. Unprofessional and untrustworthy management.
