Working with A Storage Place has been the best experience in my 25 yrs moving from NJ, WY and Colorado.(10+moves) I wish there were more local business owners that hire employees this helpful. Facility is not secure, fence gets cut, vehicles broken into and damaged, no cameras to watch vehicle storage area and they do not notify you when vehicles are damaged. If you value your stuff do not store it here!!!!!

I realize that a place cannot be 100% temp controlled but I was thoroughly disappointed to find in my boxes and totes after being packed up and stored for 6 months from Jan to July my candles were all melted. I have kept candles in a non temp controlled garage attached to the house and NEVER had a problem with this. They advertise temp controlled. They are not. For the $200 a month I think they should have been or lower the price. They do let you use a truck to move in. One perk. Ice removal was not good either. But the plac... read more

AS A RECENT TRANSFER TO RIVERSIDE, I UNDERSTAND THIS FACILITY HAS NEW MANAGEMENT. THEY WERE GRACIOUS, COURTEOUS, AND VERY HELPFUL. AS FAR AS RODENT PROBLEMS, I HAVE STORED BELONGINGS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. ONCE YOU SECURE YOUR UNIT, THE MANAGEMENT HAS NO CONTROL OVER RATS OR MICE, JUST LIKE AT YOUR OWN HOME. TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE, USE MOUSE POISON OR GLUE BOARDS.
