Went to get measurements done but the lady declined me service and claimed she was busy, yet the business is open.
Called a day in advance to make an appointment for alterations on suit pants for an important upcoming event. Woman told me to come at 5pm the next day. Left work an hour early to get there on time. When I arrived at exactly 5pm with suit in hand was told she was “on a video call, sorry”. (As she held a phone up to her ear?) Would have been happy to wait or come back later but nope, door shut in my face. Wasted time leaving work early for this and wasted a day for the event is coming up soon. Before I finished walking through the entrance, she started repeatedly saying, "No, no,no..", without knowing what I was looking to have done. She does work on Certified Service Dog Jackets. I had even left my Service Dog in my vehicle.
