Matt inspected my home when I purchased it in 2014 and let me tell you, it was the most thorough home inspection that I had ever had on any home that I owned and this is the third home I owned. A sewer drain line on a slab home is completely inaccessible (100% underground). This is stated on both the report and signed contract.
