We came to your home and found you had a rusted chase cover on a multi-flue chimney of a 3-story house and leaking chimney caps and storm collars. This company is awful it is New Year's Day and my husband and I called to see if someone would be able to inspect and sweep our chimney since our furnace went out and we have two kids. As we're on the phone with the representative he kept cutting us off then my husbands phone died as we were talking to him. I have dealt with this company on several occasions due to their great marketing versus their competitors. However, marketing seems to be the only thing they're good at. I have dealt with multiple people in their office and it seems every one of them is incompetent. 2 names I can recall in particular are **** and ******. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, I seem to get them the most and they seem to never know what they are talking about. These guys were great! From setting up the appointment to showing up at the time they were supposed to, they were very professional and courteous. ******* did an outstanding job inspecting our chimney and then did the cleaning with no mess left behind...my family never knew he was there!!
A Step in Time roofers are VERY good and efficient and reasonably priced. They are a 5 star company.

I just wanted to say what a great job that A Step in Time Chimney & Roofing did for me. I had them come and give me a quote on replacing my roof. I agreed to their proposal and then they called to set up a day and time. They told me that they would be here between 6:30 and 7:00 am. Their crew arrived at 6:45 and got set up and the first man was on the roof at 7:00. They completely removed the old roof and installed a beautiful new roof by 12:15 pm, less than 6 hours !! My experience started on Feb. 8, 2016. The tech and helper showed up at my request to give me an estimate and perhaps do the work. I was selling the house and through an home owner inspection it was discovered that a tube liner was in the chimney and needed to be removed, and the top of the chimney needed to have mortar redone on the top. Because it was a hip roof the tech could stand on the roof and re-mortar the top with no ladder.
