Teresa Goodner is a wonderful psychiatric counselor. She is guides me to a better understanding of why I feel the way I do and how to deal with those feelings. She is always positive and I value her guidance.

I have tried so many other places before but I didn’t feel I was getting better. I had given up hope of getting the help I needed when my husband found One Step Ahead Psychiatry , more precisely Kerrie King, and that absolutely changed my life. I’m very grateful and hopeful that I will continue my journey of wellness.
