We had an amazing experience working with Erin. She is very talented. Our daughter had such a vision for what she wanted her wedding day to look like. Erin was so thoughtful and patience when asking questions and offering ideas on how to make her vision come to life. Working with Erin was absolutely wonderful! My wedding was at The Chicago Cultural Center and I wanted flowers that would compliment and enhance the already gorgeous venue. The flowers were so beautiful! They made a statement, but didn't overpower the space - just perfect! Everything started out great with A Stem Above. Communication was timely to start, and my fiance and I met with Erin in person to discussion our vision. After our consultation, we were told that we'd receive a detailed quote for our request. After three weeks went by, I did send a follow-up email to inquire about the quote, but never got a response. Set up a consultation after hearing positive feedback about this vendor. Unfortunately, after meeting with the owner we were left feeling dismissed. Not only was our meeting haphazardly pushed back a handful of times the day of, I got the sense that our budget turned her off due to her lack of insight and discussion as to what it was we were looking for.
