Dishonest, and completely incompetent. They installed a new shower faucet in my master bath. Not cheap, but I thought OK. The next morning we discovered it had leaked so bad it flooded two rooms, soaking the carpet and damaging the molding. Thanks Astar, for making me replace and repaint all that wood work. They offered me annual service on my AC units for a small monthly fee, but refuse to actually do the annual check up.
