I bought a Groupon for this salon. I called 6 days before the Groupon was set to expire and tried to schedule an appointment. On one of the days I wanted to schedule, I was told that she didn't have an opening because she had to leave early that day for some event with her son at school. I then asked if she would honor the Groupon for one week past the expiration date - could I schedule now for a date the following week. She would NOT.
