Judy removed hair from my face 25 years ago. She did a wonderful job and it never returned. Now that I am post menoposal I have returned to Judy to do what I call a clean up where new hairs have appeared. My Mother has also been a client of Judy's. She enjoyed her as a person and is pleased with the results. Her facial hair never returned. Judy is very professional and does an excellent job. I would give her and A-1 rating.
