Dr. Allen and her team are amazing! In my opinion, she genuinely cares about my dental health. She truly loves what she does, and it’s evident in both her positive attitude and her exceptional chairside manner.

I have to give 1 star just so I can share my experience but they do not even deserve that. I have been taking my kids to the Dalton location for a few years now and about 1 year ago my daughter had a few cavities and they took care of that paid my portion up front and seemed to have done a good job since my daughter had no issues. 1 year or so later I take her back to her cleaning they tell me one of the cavities had a crack and had to be fixed, again I pay my portion of this and her cavity gets redone. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM FULL OF CON-ARTIST (READ THEIR REVIEWS ON YELP AND YELLOW PAGES). I had a filling that fell out and my regular dentist said I needed a crown. (FYI crowns are $1,000, while fillings are $150 - my insurance covers 25% of crowns and 50% of fillings). I had a filling in there before, so why not put in another filling? That's when I went to a smile 4 u for a second opinion. (1) These guys not only told me I needed a crown (they charged $1200), but they also told me I needed a root canal ($1,000+). Before moving out of state, my two youngest children had a check up. I was told my son had a cavity that would need to be filled. Since we were leaving I didn't make a follow up appointment. I took him to our new dentist and found out that he had NO cavities. No it makes me question all of the crowns they insisted he needed. They seem to be doing unnecessary dental work, and I'd recommend going to another clinic. They are never on time either.
Worst dentist ever, very rude and dishonest staffs, the Dr. does not care about patients at all, just trying to move money from your pocket to theirs by all means like doing unnessesary extraction! The appointments are hard to make and trust me, you will never have an on time appointment! Just go to a better place, there are some other good orthodontics in oxford, don't waste your money on this bad clinic and those bunch of people who only care about your money, and the price you paid here really deserve a much much much bet... read more
