I bought a home in Alachua Florida September 5, 2023. I became friends with Joy who sold me the house. I decided 10 months in it was not where I wanted to be. What can I say about Joy? Well, she's the real deal, for one. Joy is the worst realtor that I have ever had the misfortune of working with. She is uninformed and only cares about her own self interests. She DOES NOT work for you or your best interests, only about her and what she can get. Please use another realtor and avoid my mistakes. My experience with her has been a nightmare.
