I simply could not believe their lack of consideration. I simply asked IF it would possible for me to move my massage back over an hour before it was supposed to happen and I was immediately charged for missing my appointment. If they had any professionalism they would have told me yes but I would be charged or told me no and I would have made the arrangements necessary to make it there on time.
