Horrible organization. Late no shows, lost paperwork and didn't have anything done or ready foe me. To the point that it was sabotaging my certificate and the livelihood of my foster child. The staff is too young to grasp the importance of their work and it showed in everything. Went to another agency because of this.
Have had some nice and some very rude and unprofessional people as of lately. No visits for months, and now shes late, a no show and doesnt even let you know. No stars!
