Krystle is great! She always does a very thorough job on my hair and makes sure all customers leave extremely satisfied. Her prices are beyond reasonable, especially when comparing other hairdressers of her skill level and experience. She is experienced with all hair types, including mens hair, and has been working at her craft for over 20 years!
Krystle is usually good to work with but has recently become very undependable. This time my wife schedule an appointment for Wednesday, I had arranged to take time off from work. Krystle reschedule for Saturday and then never showed up and wouldn't respond to texts or phone calls, we tried many times and waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot.
