DON'T USE! An electrician came to my home, took my electrical panel outside apart saying he needed to make sure if was working properly. After it was taken apart, he stated it would cost almost $8000.00 to replace. I told him that I did not have that kind of money, due to the fact that I'm a single mother of two and didnt realize the panel wasnt working in the first place and I would have to repair it another time. The technician was a little late. Then he received 3 personal calls within his 30 minute presence in my home. His use of profanity and inappropriate conversation topics basically ruined any chance of this company working in my home. Sorry, but I don't feel right having someone in my home, around my family who talks about partying and using racist remarks freely. Although Im not part of the ethnic group that he was putting down in his conversation, I still took offense and found it unprofessional.
We needed emergency service and Safe Way came out right away and took care of it. Can't ask for more than that. Dave did a great job.
Chris was very good, he really knew what he was doing, the phone representative Brittney was very professional and friendly the technician Albert they sent to my home was upfront and honest, his work was beautiful, great job thank you so much !
