Technician Craig was on time for appointment. He was very knowledgeable and started troubleshooting my problem. He identified my problem and gave me information on other potential problems I may have in the future. He resolved my problem and walked me through each step he was taking and why. He was very good at communicating, very professional. I will defiantly call Safe-Way again. Thanks Craig
First off, when you call they will not quote you over the phone, but I have to admit they provide a fast service. It was about 2 hours after I called that a technician was there. The technician that came by was very knowledgeable and friendly, however, the prices this company charges are insanely inflated. I was quoted $380 just to hang the ceiling fan. That is only the actual hanging of fan. There is a completely separate cost for the wiring to a switch. I highly doubt these reviews are legit as for I find it hard to believ... read more

He explained every thing in great detail ensuring me that every thing from here on would run as it needed to in which we have not had any other problem's. Albert was great! The whole process went very smooth and easy.
Tech, Andrew came out and I felt that both him and Safe Way Electric were very professional and courteous. Andrew explained to me what y problems were and how he was going to correct them in a timely manner. Not only did he correct the problem and install my bathroom fan, he added precautionary measures to make sure my family was safe in case of a fire or natural disaster. Way to go.
The technician Mr. E was straight up and very informative. The work performed was perfect. The service was excellent and the pricing was more than fair. I will call again and recommend to my community.
