I have struggled with my mental health for over 17 years now. Until I found Dora (almost a year ago) I never once had a therapist who helped me or cared about my wellbeing the way she does. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I am so grateful to have found her because she is truly a fundamental part of keeping myself mentally well.

Did not have a pleasant experience here. There is a complete lack of professionalism. From scheduling to communicating with the staff, it's highly disorganized. I've had missed or cancelled appointments at a last minute. I cannot recommend a safe space counseling to anyone based off our experience here. Hopefully their practice improved but not worth the cost IMO.
Highly recommended a every comfortable place and relaxing Dora is a loving person and understanding she is a realy good help to understand your self for a better you.
After a lifetime struggle with anxiety and other emotional issues, and 10 years hiding/coping/surviving, a recent trauma set my PTSD off.
