I know I’m writing this at a time when my emotion are extremely high. My Mom 86 and Dad 89 had everything prearranged with Char. I mean from pick up to the box their ashes would be put in. We were reassured that ONE call and everything would be taken care of. My parents have a funeral plan they got years ago.
