I called to inquire about fixing my watch and the lady was rude to me and said i asked to much question so instead i went to another jewelry store to fix my watch.

These business owners are so thoughtful and kind. Every interaction with them has been positive and their work is very well done. Highly recommended!
They might be sweet, but when it comes to professionalism and craftsmanship, they are completely terrible. I dropped off a pair of glasses for repair on Saturday and today It’s already Wednesday. They told me that it would be ready by Wednesday when I show up the guy tells me “oh it’s not ready” and I’m like excuse me, you knew perfectly well that I am leaving Canada on Thursday morning and my glasses were not repaired even when I brought them whin plenty of time !
