Shelley and her husband are some of the loveliest, most thoughtful and generous souls I have encountered in my long history of dealing with businesses. I’m over 70. They provided me a real steal—the most plush, Beautiful, highest quality carpet for my apartment that I’m sure will be SO perfect. Wonderful business! So convenient to Benicia too. I highly recommend them!!
DO NOT USE A & S FLOORING — UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND COMPLETELY DISHONEST This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. A & S Flooring is a complete joke of a company — unethical, unreliable, and full of empty promises. Although the person who came out to give the estimate was very polite... He came in, first to use the restroom.... thought it was for #1, but, it was for #2. Big turn off. Hope this is not a usual thing. Good luck, sorry for the 3 stars. Just unhappy with the situation.
We worked with A&S contractors through LL Flooring. The crew members that they sent was unprofessional, liar and waste so much of our resources. First of all, we purchased some cement for leveling of the floor. First day they used less than a quarter of a bag and I had 5 unopened. Second day, I went downstairs to check on them and saw only 3 unopened bags and one opened one from yesterday. I asked them where the 4th one is. They said they used it.
