Although the person who came out to give the estimate was very polite... He came in, first to use the restroom.... thought it was for #1, but, it was for #2. Big turn off. Hope this is not a usual thing. Good luck, sorry for the 3 stars. Just unhappy with the situation.
We worked with A&S contractors through LL Flooring. The crew members that they sent was unprofessional, liar and waste so much of our resources. First of all, we purchased some cement for leveling of the floor. First day they used less than a quarter of a bag and I had 5 unopened. Second day, I went downstairs to check on them and saw only 3 unopened bags and one opened one from yesterday. I asked them where the 4th one is. They said they used it. Family owned. Excellent installation crew. Good pricing. Was extremely pleased with the finish flooring and baseboards.
Wonderful independent company that's been around for many years. Their crew installed 1300 ft of flooring for me and did a fabulous job. I like everyone that I've come in contact with in this company.
