So disappointed, worse experience! I wish could give them ZERO star. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 am today but every time we called to asked about the technician the time kept moving out. No one showed until 6pm when we had to call to cancel. Whole day wasted. They don't value other people time. Wouldn't recommend them. Very unprofessional.
This isn't benicia carpet cleaning this is a@s chemdry using their name. Their quality of work doesn't match benicia carpet cleaning
They came and did my carpet and it wasn’t very dirty anyway I had some spots here and there and it is a pet free home they literally took off no spots I kept pointing to him at the spots area he was like they won’t come off so I brought the spray that I always use for the carpet and sprayed it on one of the spots and I took the spot off he was like this spray is chemicals we only use chemical free but he is wrong the spray I had was chemical free too anyway it was a waste of money for sure
RecommendedDarrel he was vary polite and did a great job on the carpet. He took extra care and went the extra mile for us. The carpets look and smell nice I give them 5 stars

As far as we can tell everything looks great in the house, but we were GREATLY under quoted. I called and told them that we needed a bedroom and sectional sofa cleaned. The man over the phone said 200-225. When it was all said and done it cost us $350. In my opinion a quote should be honored within reason. $150 over is a little much... Everyone was kind and professional just a little disappointed in that price change.
