Highly recommended! Ruth was so helpful in helping me find the right trail shoe. She used a number of tools to profile my running style and offered a number of options to find the right fit. She is knowledgeable and gave me advice in how to improve my running technique. As a beginner to trail running, I greatly appreciated her service and look forward to hitting the trails! Very nice store and friendly staff.
It’s one of the best running stores with excellent customer service and well stocked running gears in San Francisco. Street side parking or meter parking is abundant. The neighborhood is residential and friendly. A Runner’s Mind hosted my running club and treated us with post-run breakfast. I’d definitely come back for more shopping.
These folks are great! They took the time to analyze our gait, listened to our preferences, and didn't try to gouge us on price. We left with some great shoes, inserts, and some great knowledge about how to train for a half marathon.
ARM's Presidio Heights store is such a great venue -- perfect location to arrange group runs and they've been a blast to work with as Golden Gate Triathlon's Sponsor. I bought my last pair of running shoes here, and they made the experience such a pleasure.. allowing and encouraging me to try on and demo just about every brand out there, so that i could make an educated and confident decision.
