Flowers were lovely but received a phone call from the delivery guy throwing a fit because I paid to have the flowers taken to an apartment that was on the second floor and he didn't want to go up the stairs....... His attitude overshadowed the loveliness of the flowers.....

Ordered a fall flower arrangement in a cornucopia basket for my wife for her birthday. She received an arrangement of mainly purple, red, green, and white flowers in a hand basket. When I called, the lady said that she couldn't find any cornucopia baskets. When I told her the arrangement was completely different, she said there was nothing she could do.
