I talked to the neighbor after Patrick left and they said that Patrick was easy to work with and very thorough, so the next time I saw Patrick I told him what I needed done and he said he come over and look at my job. I called to have someone look over my roof. Patrick came out and checked everything for me. I knew nothing about roofing, so he showed me pictures and walked me through what we were seeing and what it all meant. He was able to answer my questions in layman's terms, so I now know more about roofing than ever. Later, A+ sent two other folks to investigate more deeply; I'm satisfied that I know just what needs to be done. They're very thorough and the customer service is quite good.
