My two experiences with Jim and his crew have been excellent, thorough, and realistically priced. The first time his crew did work to reseat the pins on our gutters and address some leakages. The second time was to address a leak that popped up near a vent that wasn’t sealed properly when installed by the former owner of our home. His crew did a thorough job in fixing the issue and added some insurance in an ice and water shield around the vent to prevent it from happening again.
