The Best Mechanics Hands Down! – We purchased a boat this summer that was plagued with problems that hadn't been disclosed by the previous owner. Great customer service – I have used A-Rock Propellers for a number of years now. I have used them to fixed the bottom of my outdrive on a bravo three on two different occasions the workmanship was second to none as you could not determine any flaw, the paint matched perfectly and did not peel off. I also like the fact that you can purchase a prop from the knowledgeable staff and if for some reason the pitch is wrong they will exchange it no questions asked until you have the right prop for your boat. Reply to "do not use this company" – As an employee of A-ROCK PROPELLER and one who feels we go the extra mile to help everyone we can, I feel it very important to reply to this post. I believe as more information is presented it will make much better sense as to why this customers propeller was sold. Do not use this company!!! – We took our prop into these people and asked that they repair it (this is a High 5 prop which is very expencive.) We also bought a new prop to use while ours was being repaired and PREPAID FOR THE REPAIR OF OUR PROP. We made sure that we gave them both our business and home phone numbers so that when it was done we would be able to get it back. After not recieving a phone call we went back in on 4 differant occations to retrieve our prop and were given excuses each time that the man that would kn... read more
