Met one of their Mechanics (Mitch) on the golf course last year, (we joined up for group play mid course) & over the course of the golf game he invited me to give them a try... I have 2 boats, a 27' cruiser and a 15' open V fishing boat. They've worked on both now, their quick, their honest, & I like the way they've treated me!
Super knowledgeable and friendly. They have a ton of parts in stock. Great prices.
Unprofessional work done on the Transom repair on my Pontoon. It was cut 2" short from fitting under the top bracket. Also whatever they used to cut the wood with was very dull and the wood is splintered on all the cuts that were made. Even though it is marine wood the raw open area on top will fill up with water and rot out. Paid almost $600 for this shoty work. I will never take my boat back to this place.

A-Rock was recommended to me by my other mechanic. I was concerned with some of the negative reviews on this site but I must say my experience was extremely positive. I set up an appointment and was concerned that it would take a while to complete the repairs since it would require lifting out the engine. I dropped off the boat the morning of the appointment. By 10 they got back to me with what needed to be done and the boat was ready by early the next morning. I took the boat out and it worked great with the issue resolved.... read more
I have been an A Rock customer now for over 15 years. I have had all kinds of issues with my boats and props during that time, and I can honestly state that A Rock has been great to work with. Are they perfect no, however they have always stepped up and made things right even if it cost them money. They have graciously worked off hours on my boat to ensure that my problem(s) have been fixed before a big trip. I love A-Rock! I'm a do it yourself type of boater, and these guys have great prices and experience that's helped me out more than once. I have 3 props from them (high altitude/loaded boat, wakeboarding, and speedy cruising), and couldn't be happier.
